Filipina Communication & Relationship Insight Coach (Part-Time, Remote)

I’m an entrepreneur from the U.S. who recently spent time in the Philippines and was deeply impressed by the people, culture, and values. I’ve worked closely with a Filipino remote team for over eight years through my company, and have great respect for the professionalism, warmth, and communication style that Filipinos are known for.

I’m now looking for a professional Filipino woman to serve as a cultural and communication coach, helping me better understand modern social and dating communication norms in the Philippines, including tone, confidence, humor, and etiquette.

This is a private consulting engagement (not affiliated with my company) focused on improving my personal communication, cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence when interacting with Filipino women.
It is not a matchmaking or dating service.


Responsibilities:

Hold 1–2 Zoom or video calls per week (30–60 minutes each) to discuss communication questions, scenarios, and feedback.

Be available via WhatsApp for short, real-time feedback on tone, phrasing, and etiquette during the week.

Provide insight into Filipino communication styles, social cues, values, and dating norms.

Coach on building authentic, respectful, and confident connections with professional women in the Philippines.

Offer honest, thoughtful feedback on messages or interactions to improve clarity, tone, and cultural calibration.

Help develop a structured “Messaging Framework” that summarizes what works and why.


Qualifications:

Filipina woman, ideally familiar with the modern dating environment.

Background in psychology, communications, HR, or coaching preferred.

Excellent English (written and spoken).

Emotionally intelligent, discreet, and grounded.

Confident offering direct and constructive feedback, not just polite suggestions.

Comfortable discussing dating and relationship communication in a professional context.


Commitment & Compensation:

Approx. 6-10 hours per week, flexible scheduling.

Monthly retainer arrangement.

Fully remote (via Zoom and WhatsApp).

Can be a secondary role alongside a full-time job, as long as responsiveness isn’t affected.

Compensation based on experience and availability.
