Core Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple construction projects remotely from planning to closeout.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports using digital tools.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and contractors through virtual meetings and project management platforms.
- Review and approve construction documents, cost estimates, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with California building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage subcontractor performance and vendor relationships through online collaboration systems.
- Prepare and present progress updates, forecasts, and reports to executive management.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify bottlenecks, and ensure quality standards through remote supervision and documentation review.
- Implement digital workflows and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, Sage, Smartsheet, or MS Project) for progress tracking and communication.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient in construction project management software and remote collaboration tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills across distributed teams.
- Excellent time management, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Thorough understanding of design coordination, construction budgeting, and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture (Master’s degree preferred).
- OSHA certification and Construction Project Management certification preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent professional credential is a plus.
- 5–8 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably within residential or mixed-use development sectors.
- Prior experience overseeing remote or hybrid project teams is highly desirable.

Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm PST Monday–Friday (12:00 am - 8:30 am PH Time) (Remote Position)
