As we expand our services, we’re building a marketing branch to drive client acquisition, retention, and brand visibility. This branch will also be leveraged to offer marketing services to clients. This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing function from the ground up.
Role Overview
As our first Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing a marketing strategy that attracts new clients, nurtures existing relationships, and strengthens our brand presence. You’ll work closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure our messaging resonates with small and mid-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on client acquisition and retention.
Plan and execute digital campaigns across
Create educational and promotional content (blogs, case studies, newsletters, webinars).
Manage and optimize the company website for lead generation and user experience.
Collaborate with sales to develop marketing collateral and lead nurturing workflows.
Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing KPIs.
Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and freelancers as needed.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or MSP environments.
Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies from scratch.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Go High Level, Google Ads, LinkedIn,
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution ability.
