We are a fast-growing digital solutions and marketing agency helping businesses across North America strengthen their online presence. We’re hiring a highly experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter with exceptional English communication skills and proven outbound sales experience, ideally in the tech or digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to businesses in the U.S. and Canada.
Identify decision-makers, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our sales team.
Handle objections confidently and maintain a professional, persuasive tone.
Keep detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Filter out low-quality leads and ensure high appointment show-up rates.

Qualifications
Exceptional English communication skills. Must sound fluent, clear, and natural.
Strong comprehension and listening ability.
Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting (digital marketing or web design experience preferred).
Skilled in objection handling and confident on the phone.
Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and professional setup.
Must be available to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar).

You’re reliable, you show up every day, and you care about booking quality appointments, not just volume.

Compensation & Training
Base Pay: $5 USD/hour
Schedule: 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday (EST)
Training and call scripts provided
Performance incentives and bonuses available based on lead quality, show rates, and conversions.
