JT Media is a marketing agency that helps healthcare companies recruit new job candidates and private-pay home care clients. We are in need of a GoHighLevel Expert who can help us build a seamless AI-driven applicant system that turns job applicants into booked interviews or live phone call transfers for our staffing clients.
We’re building an intelligent workflow that uses Voice AI, GoHighLevel, and automation tools to completely modernize how healthcare recruiting works. Your mission will be to design and manage this system from the ground up—making sure every lead gets contacted within seconds, qualified accurately, and routed automatically to the right client.
Your Primary Role Will Be as Follows:
System Building in GoHighLevel
You will build and manage client sub-accounts, automations, pipelines, and workflows that convert applicants into qualified interviews or live call transfers.
AI Agent Configuration
You will integrate and configure Voice AI tools (such as Retail.AI) to handle automated follow-up calls, ensuring the AI stays compliant, on-script, and delivers a smooth candidate experience.
Automation & Integration
You will use
Prompt Engineering & AI Logic
You will write, test, and refine AI prompts to improve call flows, enhance qualification accuracy, and prevent “rogue” AI behavior.
Quality Assurance
You will review call logs, monitor message performance, and continuously improve scripts, automations, and workflows based on real data.
End-to-End Applicant Experience Design
You will think deeply about the user journey—from ad click to booked call—to ensure every step is fast, frictionless, and professional.
Ideal Candidate
Has strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Has proven experience using GoHighLevel (sub-accounts, automations, triggers, forms, call tracking)
Has hands-on experience with Voice AI tools (e.g., Retail.AI, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, or similar)
Has experience with
Understands AI prompt writing and testing for real-world applications
Is detail-oriented and process-driven with excellent QA discipline
Has reliable internet and hardware to handle workflow automations and call data
Is proactive and independent, able to think critically about the applicant journey
(Preferred) Has worked in recruiting, staffing, or healthcare automations before
Payment & Hours
$10/hour (Part-Time)
Approx. 20 hours per week (flexible hours; must be responsive during U.S. daytime)
Paid weekly via agreed method
