FULL-TIME SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (Beauty Industry)

We’re on the hunt for a high-performance Social Media Manager who can bring creativity, strategy, and strong brand aesthetic to our beauty industry clients.
Our clients include premium beauty service businesses (nails, hair, medspas, aesthetics), and we are obsessed with helping them become fully booked on Instagram.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You’ll own the full social experience for multiple beauty brands:
• Script and plan weekly content (Reels + Carousels + Story campaigns)
• Create and post visually stunning, branded content
• Build storytelling sequences through Instagram Stories
• Conduct ongoing trend + competitor research
• Track key metrics weekly, analyze performance, and optimize
• Ensure every piece of content aligns with strategy + brand aesthetics
• Collaborate with our creative team (designer + video editor)
• Actively contribute ideas to make content bolder and more effective

REQUIREMENTS
We are NOT looking for beginners.
You must bring:
• 3+ years as Social Media Manager (Instagram-focused)
• Proven track record of growth in beauty or fashion accounts
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual branding skills
• Understanding of trending formats, hooks, and conversion strategy
• Ability to think independently and execute quickly
• Portfolio that shows aesthetics, not Canva templates only
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment

Tools you should know:
Instagram, Meta Business Suite, basic analytics dashboards, research tools, Canva, CapCut, Pinterest.
