We’re seeking a Social Media Account Manager who understands both the art and analytics of storytelling. You’ll manage multi-platform campaigns for luxury and lifestyle clients, oversee posting schedules, analyze performance, and ensure that each brand voice feels curated, cohesive, and consistent across Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
You’ll act as the bridge between clients and our creative team — translating vision into actionable strategy and ensuring every piece of content aligns with our clients’ aesthetic and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of client social media accounts across Instagram,
Develop and maintain detailed content calendars aligned with each client’s brand strategy and campaign objectives.
Coordinate with the creative team (editors, designers, copywriters) to ensure timely delivery of posts and assets.
Write or refine captions, hashtags, and metadata for maximum engagement and discoverability.
Monitor performance metrics, track growth, and prepare monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
Engage with community comments and messages, ensuring brand tone and professionalism are maintained.
Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm shifts, and luxury market best practices.
Collaborate with ad specialists to optimize boosted posts and paid campaigns where relevant.
Present new ideas and campaign directions to elevate storytelling across client portfolios.
