JOB OVERVIEW

***Experience working with international (U.S., Australia, Europe) CEO as an executive assistant is required. PLEASE do not apply if you don't have this experience as we'll both be wasting time.



The Role:
Self development coach is looking for an Executive Assistant. The CEO of a self development online academy is looking for an EA.


Duties:
-email and calendar management
-managing CEO's personal and business tasks
-helping CEO stay organized
-travel coordination
-project management
-admin tasks



Details:
-Work from home
-$5/hour
-40 hours/week
-Mon-Fri U.S. time: around the 10:00am-6pm Central window availability.
-Converted into Philippine time: it's actually Tues-Sat 12am-8am
-Please ONLY apply if you're available in that time window (no overlaps in schedule with another job)
