Social Media Content Creator + Producer

Application Requirement (No Exceptions)

To apply, you MUST submit:

1) A Reel or photo post you create specifically for our brand
– Based on our existing style
– With caption + hashtags you wrote
– Must look like it belongs on our pages

2)Links to 3–5 social media videos you’ve created
3) Proof of your editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
4)Your IG / TikTok portfolio (if available)

Applications missing any of these will be ignored.

We do not teach content creation. You must already be good.

Responsibilities
• Create and publish 1–2 high-quality posts per day
• Edit videos (Reels/TikTok format)
• Create captions, choose sounds, select hashtags
• Post at the best morning time (PST)
• Respond to comments & DMs to increase engagement
• Track performance + growth weekly
• Pitch creative ideas and trends proactively

Requirements

Must have proven experience in:
• Short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok)
• Social media growth strategy
• Caption writing & hashtags
• Posting and scheduling content
• Trend research
• Brand consistency & storytelling
• Audience engagement & community building

Soft skills:
• Fast execution — speed matters
• Initiative — self-starter, not “tell me what to do”
• No ego — feedback is expected & required
• Problem solver — not excuse-maker

Pay Structure

This role is performance-based.

You are paid for delivered, published, performing content — not learning, training, or waiting for direction.

Compensation increases with:
• Growth numbers
• Results
• Creativity
• Reliability
• Consistency
• Audience engagement

Bonuses available for viral content and account growth.

Trial test is paid per asset delivered, not hourly.

Do NOT Apply If:
• You need to be trained or coached
• You “want to learn social media”
• You rely only on AI for content ideas
• You expect slow communication & slow work pace
• You work on too many clients to care about results
