E-Commerce Super VA Needed (Full-Time, Remote)

We are looking for a highly-organized, fast-learning E-Commerce VA to help run daily operations for a Shopify store. You will handle product uploading, ad preparation, basic media editing using AI tools, and customer support. If you enjoy a routine-driven role, are great with systems, and can follow SOPs accurately — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Upload products to Shopify (titles, descriptions, images)

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Sora/Gemini) to create product descriptions & simple creatives

Prepare and schedule Facebook ads using our templates & SOPs

Follow clear ad rules (launch, pause, scale)

Product research using given selection criteria

Update daily spreadsheets (tracking ad performance & store metrics)

Answer customer support emails using templates

Requirements

Experience with Shopify

Experience with Facebook ads (even basic knowledge is fine)

Strong English communication

Good with Google Sheets

Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT/Canva etc.)

Fast response time & attention to detail

Bonus (not required)

Previous e-com VA experience

Ad creative editing experience
