???? Hiring AI Experts – Evaluation & Technical Assessment Role

We are looking for high-level AI experts — people who deeply understand how Artificial Intelligence systems actually work, not just how to use them.
This role is ideal for analytical thinkers who can evaluate others’ understanding of AI and help guide how to improve skills, processes, and projects.

???? Responsibilities:
• Evaluate candidates’ knowledge and understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
• Conduct technical interviews, assessments, and skill evaluations
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in candidates’ technical abilities
• Provide professional insights and written feedback on candidates’ AI understanding
• Advise on how to improve workflows or project development related to AI

???? Requirements:
• Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (e.g., GPT), or Data Science
• Practical experience with AI tools, systems, or model analysis
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Advantage: prior experience in teaching, mentoring, technical interviews, or employee evaluation
