Proven experience in Customer Support, preferably within dropshipping or e-commerce.

Ability to understand and follow workflows and instructions accurately.

Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools to assist with customer communication.

Enough available time to handle customer requests consistently (no other full-time commitments).

Strong written English communication skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
