Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Service Representative to assist customers from initial enquiry through to order completion. You will provide product guidance, prepare quotations, and coordinate with customers throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle phone calls, online chat, emails, and offline messages.
• Introduce our aluminium window products and answer customer questions.
• Understand customer installation requirements and site conditions.
• Calculate window sizes, pricing, and suggest suitable products or configurations.
• Create and manage quotes and customer profiles in Zoho CRM.
• Follow up on quotes and maintain professional customer communication.
• Liaise with customers on measurements, design, glass types, and frame finishes.
• Provide updates on production lead times and delivery schedules.
• Send invoices and follow up on payments when required.
• Address customer complaints and collect feedback to support improvement.

Required Skills & Qualities
• Strong ability with basic math and geometry (measurements, conversions, angles, etc.)
• Clear and fluent English communication, neutral or minimal accent.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Customer-focused, friendly, patient, and professional communication style.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through attitude.

Experience Requirements
• Prior experience in aluminium windows, doors, glazing, or construction is preferred.
• Must be reliable, loyal, and committed to a long-term role.
• Stable and fast home internet connection.

Benefits
• 13th-month pay.
• Overtime available.
• 5% pay increase after 6 months, and another 5% increase after 12 months (performance-dependent).

• 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM Australian Eastern Time (includes daylight savings adjustment)
