Wordpress Designer & Developer

We’re looking to hire a WordPress web designer to build and refine pages using the Twenty Twenty-One theme only. Strictly no Elementor as page builder.

You should be comfortable working within core WordPress, Gutenberg blocks, clean CSS, and lightweight plugins to keep performance fast and the codebase simple.

The first task we have is to design a homepage from scratch - we already have a brief ready and just need a designer to take it from concept to wireframe before approval for development.

Beyond that, we will have the typical housekeeping work of maintaining our homepage and landing page layouts, typography and spacing polish, mobile responsiveness, speed tweaks, and basic on-page SEO optimisations.

Send your portfolio with 2 to 3 WordPress sites that use a core theme or block editor, and share short note on your approach to styling Twenty Twenty-One, and your hourly or per-page rate.
