YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Rap / Music Video Editing Niche)

I’m looking for a creative YouTube Thumbnail Designer who understands the rap / underground editing scene. This is for my channel Tiny Tapes — ---------- role:

Design high-impact thumbnails that show off editing effects and grab attention instantly.

You’ll need to recreate or enhance editing effects (shakes, glows, distortions, motion, overlays, etc.) in Photoshop or any software you prefer.

Thumbnails should highlight recognizable artists (like Playboi Carti, Ken Carson, Osamason, Nettspend, Destroy Lonely, etc.) and match the Tiny Tapes aesthetic.

Check my channel first — you’ll see the thumbnail style I want (dark, punchy, energetic, editing-focused).

Requirements:

Strong Photoshop or design tool skills.

Must understand the music video editing community and the viral editing pack niche.

Ability to make artists, effects, and titles look clean and hype — not generic.

Can deliver new thumbnails fast (1–2 day turnaround).

Communicates clearly and accepts feedback.
