Creative VA / Short-Form Video Editor for Barber Brand (Melbourne-based Studio)

I run DN Studios, a modern barber studio in Ashwood, Melbourne. We create lifestyle-driven barber content that mixes clean visuals, storytelling, and real conversations in the chair. I’m looking for a creative VA who can help me turn raw footage into scroll-stopping videos.

What You’ll Do:
• Edit 3–5 short videos per week (15–30 seconds)
• Add captions (using brand fonts/colors) and on-beat transitions
• Cut and repurpose existing footage into reels or TikToks
• Add trending audio, text hooks, and call-to-action slides
• Deliver drafts via Google Drive or Frame.io for feedback

Ideal Fit:
• Skilled with CapCut, Final Cut, or Premiere
• Understands Instagram/TikTok trends and pacing
• Great eye for timing, captions, and storytelling flow
• Can work independently and communicate clearly

Bonus:
• Experience with barbering, men’s style, or lifestyle brands
• Basic thumbnail or carousel design in Canva

Pay: Negotiable based on experience (around $6–15/hr USD or per-video rate)
