Sales Closer (Remote | Australian Education Company | Uncapped Commissions)

About the Company
Lee Mathematics Tuition is a fast-growing Australian tutoring company helping students from Primary to Year 12 excel in Maths. We’re looking for a confident, experienced Sales Closer to run booked consult calls with parents who have already ---------- through our Facebook or Instagram ads. You’ll handle warm leads only - all appointments are pre-booked by our Appointment Setter.

Responsibilities
- Run 30-45 minute consult calls (Google Meet) with parents who’ve enquired about tutoring.
- Understand student needs and recommend the best package (5, 10 or 40 lessons).
- Close the sale confidently and guide them through next steps.
- Update CRM notes and mark every call outcome clearly.
- Follow up with interested parents who didn’t commit on the call.
- Achieve weekly closing and revenue KPIs.
- Work closely with the Appointment Setter and Operations Team for smooth handovers

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: 40,000-50,000PHP/month depending on experience
- Bonus: 1,500PHP–3,000PHP/sale
- Uncapped commissions - no limits on earning
- 13th month pay + paid time off after 3-month probation

Schedule (AEST)
- Monday to Friday: 3PM – 9PM
- Saturday: 9AM – 7PM (required with flexible hours)
- Optional Sunday: extra calls for more commissions
- Approx. 35-40 hours/week (flexible).
- Consultations are pre-booked in the AU afternoon and evening time slots. Actual working hours depend on scheduled calls and follow-ups - this is a results-based role, not strict hourly tracking.

Requirements
- 1+ year experience in sales / closing (inbound preferred)
- Excellent spoken English (neutral accent, confident delivery)
- Great listener who can handle objections and build trust fast
- Strong communicator with confident phone presence
- Skilled in objection handling and consultative conversations
- Organised and disciplined with CRM updates and reporting
- Stable internet and quiet work environment
- Comfortable working in the Australian time zone
- Self-motivated and goal-driven

Nice to Have
- Experience in education, online tutoring, or high-ticket sales
- Understanding of Australian culture or time zones
- Positive attitude and a friendly, persuasive voice
