Social media engagement VA

We’re building a creative entertainment brand that produces short story-driven video skits (not comedy — more real-life storytelling).
We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our Engagement Team and help us grow our audience across Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
Your daily tasks:
Watch 3–5 minute video skits once they are posted
Leave thoughtful, natural comments related to each video (no spam or copy-paste)
React to posts and reply to other viewers’ comments to encourage engagement
Share posts on your social media or to relevant groups when needed
Work closely with our team lead who will send daily post links
Work schedule:
14–16 posts per day (spread throughout the day)
Flexible hours — you can work from anywhere
Estimated 1–2 hours of light activity daily
Compensation:
$5 per main comment
$2 for replies or reactions
$2.50 for story shares
Performance bonuses available for consistency and engagement quality
(Average earning potential: $75–$150/week)
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Active social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Consistency and reliability — engagement within 15–30 minutes of post time
Friendly communication and teamwork
