Youtube thumbnail artist

I’m looking for a creative YouTube Thumbnail Artist who understands click-through psychology and can design scroll-stopping thumbnails.

Requirements:

Ability to create 3 thumbnail variations per day for testing.
Must understand YouTube CTR, facial emphasis, contrast, emotion, and storytelling in one frame.

What you’ll be doing:

Creating multiple variations to test performance (A/B testing).

Understands trends (MrBeast, Airrack, Ryan Trahan vibes).
Obsessed with improvement and willing to try multiple concepts.
