We generate thousands of warm, interested real estate agents who want more info about our service. We need someone with consistency, coachability, and urgency to close these leads using our proven system.

This is NOT cold calling or DM spam. Every lead you speak with is interested in getting more info.

We’re on track to hit over $500K in the next 12 months with the capacity to scale to $2M+. Our offer is proven, with strong testimonials, reviews, and client results to back you up. Our mission is to serve as many real estate agents as possible, and we do that by increasing our sales velocity.

Who we don't want and will not take:
- Agencies or outsourcing firms
- Freelancers juggling 10+ clients
- People looking for part ---------- -gigs

We ONLY want someone ALL IN on working with our team. We are building a high-performing team without urgency unlike anything in the space. If you want to join a team who wants to see you grow to the highest potential you have, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities
- Close warm leads using our SOPs and scripts
- Memorize, roleplay, and train on your own time
- Implement feedback fast from teammates— we move quick
- Track and improve your performance daily (calls, connects, closes)
- Operate with urgency, discipline, and ownership

Compensation Structure
Base Pay: $400–$600/month (as long as KPIs are consistently met)
Commission: 50% of upfront cash collected (uncapped)
Expected Earnings: $800–$1,200+ USD/month (average full-time closer)
Top Performers: $2,000+ USD/month with consistency and growth
