JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Course Creation Assistant to support the development of online programs for our clients. This role involves using AI tools to create and organize course content, proofreading and polishing materials, and assisting in the creation of marketing assets such as sales pages, email campaigns, and promotional content.

This is a highly collaborative role where attention to detail, creativity, and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities
Course Development

Use AI tools (ChatGPT and others) to draft and structure course content based on client outlines and guidance.

Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and tone.

Organize course materials into modules and lessons.

Create and format student-facing resources such as:

Workbooks

Worksheets

Templates

Checklists

Assist with slide deck creation (Gamma, PowerPoint, or Canva).

Content Organization

Maintain structured Google Drive or Notion folders for each client.

Ensure all content is clearly labeled, versioned, and easy to access.

Collaborate with the team to ensure deadlines are met for course launch timelines.

Marketing & Assets

Draft sales page copy using AI and refine for clarity and persuasiveness.

Assist with creating email campaign sequences (welcome emails, nurture sequences, promo blasts).

Support development of promotional content (social media captions, graphics coordination with designers, short video scripts).

Organize and upload content into course platforms (Skool, Kajabi, ThriveCart, etc.).

Quality Control

Review all assets for consistency, grammar, and flow.

Test user experience within the course platform (navigation, downloads, video uploads).

Flag missing content or unclear instructions for review.

Qualifications

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Familiarity with AI content creation tools (ChatGPT or similar).

Experience with course platforms (Skool, Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, or similar).

Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp).

Basic understanding of sales funnels and online marketing.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

Comfortable working in Google Drive, Notion, and project management tools.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Graphic design basics (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

Slide deck creation (PowerPoint, Gamma, Canva).

Experience with ThriveCart or similar checkout systems.

Understanding of digital marketing strategies.
