We’re a U.S.–based housing company that provides fully furnished mid-term rentals for corporate travelers, relocation clients, and insurance housing stays.
Our mission is simple: deliver consistent, high-quality homes where guests feel cared for and at ease — whether they’re traveling for work, between homes, or relocating for medical or professional reasons.
The company was fully operational and profitable before temporarily pausing when the founder faced a serious health condition earlier this year.
We’re now ready to relaunch, rebuild, and grow, with a sharper focus on structure, automation, and efficiency.
The founder is a systems-minded entrepreneur who already understands what works. The foundation is clear — but we now need a hands-on, tech-savvy COO to help build, automate, and lead the operational systems that will support long-term scale.

The Role
This is a senior leadership role, not a virtual assistant position.
You will serve as the founder’s right hand — responsible for rebuilding the company’s operational structure, designing efficient workflows, and implementing AI-driven systems to streamline every process.
You will work directly with the founder daily, fully aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.

Core Responsibilities
1. Relaunch & Operations Leadership
• Oversee the day-to-day operations: property setup, maintenance coordination, vendor and guest management, and tracking renewals.
• Collaborate with the founder to relaunch the business from the ground up.
• Bring clarity and structure to existing ideas and systems that currently live in the founder’s head — document and operationalize everything.
2. Systems Design & Automation (AI Focus)
• Build foundational systems using Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Integrate AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, or similar) to reduce manual work and streamline communication, reporting, and data entry.
• Identify repetitive tasks and replace them with smart automations.
• Coordinate with Fiverr or freelance developers to execute tech builds quickly.
3. Team Building & Management
• Recruit, train, and manage a small operations support team in the Philippines.
• Establish clear accountability, weekly deliverables, and KPI tracking.
• Lead daily and weekly syncs on Pacific Standard Time, ensuring smooth collaboration with U.S.-based operations.
4. Financial & Performance Oversight
• Create systems to track property revenues, expenses, and occupancy.
• Deliver simple, actionable weekly reports to the founder (tasks completed, progress metrics, upcoming goals).
5. Strategic Growth & Efficiency
• Collaborate directly with the founder to expand into new properties and partnerships.
• Build scalable systems that make growth easy to duplicate and maintain.
• Continuously audit processes and implement AI/tech improvements that save time and increase accuracy.

You’re Perfect for This If You
• Have proven leadership experience in operations, project management, or real estate/hospitality management.
• Have strong knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, CRMs, AI assistants, workflow automations, etc.).
• Have experience designing and automating systems that simplify and scale operations.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English (spoken and written).
• Can think strategically and execute quickly — you don’t wait for permission.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments where structure is still being built.
• Can work full-time on Pacific Standard Time (PST) — this is non-negotiable.

Compensation & Growth
• Starting Rate: $8–12 USD/hour (depending on experience).
• Schedule: 40 hours/week — must be available 9 AM–5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
• Performance Bonuses: Based on relaunch milestones, efficiency gains, and automation impact.
• Growth Path: Eligible to advance to Co-CEO or profit-sharing role after 6–12 months of exceptional performance
