About Our Clinic
We’re a growing integrative wellness clinic in the U.S., led by a board-certified nurse practitioner. We help proactive men and women over 30 take control of their health with services like hormone therapy, weight loss, peptides, and longevity medicine.
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, strategic tea ---------- mber who can own and lead our backend marketing systems—especially in ActiveCampaign. This is not a basic VA role. It’s for someone who wants to grow with us and help run an efficient, results-driven marketing machine.

You’re a Great Fit If You:
? Have strong hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign (automations, tags, segments, campaigns)
? Take initiative and thrive in leadership-level responsibility
? Are organized and can guide monthly campaign planning
? Have basic graphic design skills (Canva preferred)
? Are familiar with social media planning and content calendars
? Can troubleshoot integrations and CRM connections
? Want long-term stability with a mission-driven team
? Are willing to learn basic EMR functions (to help integrate with ActiveCampaign)

What You’ll Own
???? ActiveCampaign Leadership
• Set up, manage, and optimize email automations and nurture flows
• Segment leads with appropriate tags and triggers
• Create and schedule campaigns and newsletters
• Serve as the go-to expert for all things ActiveCampaign
???? Marketing Coordination
• Plan monthly marketing themes (e.g., “Testosterone in December”)
• Coordinate blog, email, and social media direction around each theme
• Maintain a simple social content calendar
???? Funnel & Tech Integration
• Set up and connect lead sources like Facebook Lead Ads, ManyChat, etc.
• Build automations for webinars, lead magnets, and events
• Learn basic functions of our EMR system to support automation triggers
• Review SEO reports and share performance insights with the team
?? Content & Engagement
• Write 2 short blog posts per month (SEO-informed)
• Design and send clean, on-brand newsletters (using Canva)
• Respond to Google Reviews
• Identify which patients should be asked for reviews weekly
