Part-Time Product Lister (Shopify)

About the Role

We are a growing eCommerce business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Product Lister (Shopify). You will be responsible for uploading products, formatting descriptions, adding images and size charts correctly, and following our exact standards.
The role is part-time (2–3 hours per day) and perfect for someone who works carefully, follows instructions, and enjoys structured tasks.

Responsibilities

- Upload new products into Shopify (titles, descriptions, tags, variants, images).
- Add and format size charts correctly (no missing or incorrect data).
- Follow our templates and style guide exactly — consistency is very important.
- Update existing products when needed (pricing, photos, stock, details).
- Double-check your work to avoid formatting mistakes or inconsistencies.
- Communicate with the team when something is unclear or missing.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience with Shopify product listing or eCommerce product management.
- Very strong attention to detail — especially in descriptions, spacing, and size tables.
- Able to follow instructions, rules and standard procedures (SOPs).
- Good written English skills.
- Familiar with Google Sheets / Excel.
- Stable internet connection and able to work independently.

Salary & Work Schedule

- US $4 per hour
- Part-time: 2–3 hours per day (approx. 15–20 hours per week)
- Flexible working hours (as long as tasks are completed on time)
- Long-term role for the right candidate
