>>>About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Video Editor who understands D2C marketing and knows how to create ads that actually convert. This isn't about making pretty videos—it's about creating content that drives sales and stops the scroll.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition to full-time for the right candidate.

>>>What You'll Do:
- Edit high-performing video ads for D2C brands across platforms (Focus on Meta)
- Transform scripts and voiceovers into compelling video content that converts
- Work with provided footage and assets, but add your own creative expertise when you know it will improve performance
- Source and integrate additional content (stock footage, b-roll, graphics) when it enhances the final product
- Stay up-to-date with D2C ad trends and platform best practices
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback
- Deliver multiple ad variations for testing

>>>Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience editing video ads specifically for D2C brands
- Proven track record of creating ads that perform (We recomand to show a portfoliio)
- Deep understanding of what makes D2C ads work across different platforms
- Expert proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Strong motion graphics skills (After Effects or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently and make creative decisions that improve performance
- Fast turnaround time without sacrificing quality
- Understanding of ad metrics and what drives conversions
- Portfolio demonstrating D2C ad work

>>>Bonus Points:
- Experience with UGC-style content
- Knowledge of thumbnail design for YouTube
- Understanding of platform-specific specifications and best practices
- Experience running your own creative tests
