As our Systems Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a key role in implementing, documenting, and managing client operations systems using tools like ClickUp, Dubsado, Kajabi, ThriveCart, and Zapier.
You’ll work closely with clients to bring system designs to life — managing backend builds, testing automations, and creating well-organized documentation that keeps everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain workflows within ClickUp and Dubsado.
Build, test, and optimize automations across tools like Kajabi, Zapier, ThriveCart, and Notion.
Document all processes and system structures clearly and efficiently.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure all systems meet operational needs.
Troubleshoot issues, perform quality checks, and ensure seamless automation performance.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
1–2 years of experience as a Tech VA, Systems VA, or Online Business Manager (OBM) Assistant.
Proven, hands-on experience with ClickUp and Dubsado (required).
Familiarity with tools such as Go High Level, Zapier, ThriveCart, and Notion.
Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Resourceful, solution-oriented, and proactive — you don’t wait for answers; you find them.
