Shirt Design

We are a team of t-shirt designers who are looking to hire more designers onto our team. You will be paid $1 per shirt design for the first month and then hired full time and are expected to provide good, quality work that has copyright free images and fonts. You will be given trial designs to test your creativity. You will work directly with a project manager if hired on to ensure you have a smooth transition onto the team. The design work is very simple. You will create the original design and then make multiple variations by just changing a word and graphic or something similar to that.

All of the designs will be in PNG transparent background at 4500x5400 pixels.

If you apply, please provide samples of some of the work you have done. You will then be required to do 3 test designs. After that we will analyze whether we believe you will be a good fit.

You must understand English and have a drive to succeed with a growing team in an evergreen growing industry.

We prefer you to work full-time with us.
