We’re now ready to take automation to the next level by connecting everything with n8n + AI workflows — and we’re looking for a talented engineer to help design, build, and maintain these systems.

???? Responsibilities

Design and implement automation workflows inside n8n that connect GoHighLevel, Slack, ClickUp, Stripe, and other tools.

Build AI-powered automations using OpenAI API (content creation, lead summaries, reports, etc.).

Automate client onboarding: after payment ? create sub-account in GoHighLevel ? clone snapshot ? send welcome email + Slack notification.

Create internal automations for task management, client reporting, and data syncing.

Document all workflows and maintain a clean, organized automation library.

Integrate GoHighLevel with external tools (webhooks, APIs, custom endpoints).

Collaborate with the agency team to continuously improve efficiency and client experience.

???? Preferred Skills

Strong experience with n8n, GoHighLevel API, Zapier, or Make (Integromat).

Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and REST API logic.

Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or Node.js for custom scripts (bonus).

Experience building automation systems for marketing agencies.

Working knowledge of AI tools/APIs (ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, etc.).

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
