We’re looking for a reliable, confident, and friendly appointment setter who can follow up with leads fast, qualify them properly, and book calls for our clients. You’ll be calling and texting homeowners who request quotes through our ads — no cold calling.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

Calling every new lead within 5–10 minutes (speed matters)

Following up via call, text, and email using GoHighLevel CRM

Asking qualifying questions to filter out tire-kickers

Rescheduling appointments if needed

Updating lead status and notes inside the CRM

Communicating clearly and efficiently with our clients

Sounding confident, respectful, and clear on the phone
