This project focuses on building a real-time inbound call automation that connects Retell.ai’s AI phone agent with GoHighLevel (GHL) to automatically handle appointment scheduling. The system will listen for booking intent during inbound calls, check live availability, confirm the time with the caller, and instantly book the appointment in GHL — creating a completely hands-free scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

Build a Retell.ai ? GoHighLevel integration using Make (Integromat) for inbound call workflows.

Configure webhooks and API connections to capture call data from Retell.ai.

Automate appointment creation in GoHighLevel calendars with real-time availability checks.

Sync contact details, call outcomes, and booking notes directly into GHL pipelines.

Implement automated SMS/email reminders and confirmation messages after bookings.

Add error handling, retry logic, and performance monitoring for reliability.
