Role Overview
As our Real Estate Agent Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-performing agents to join our brokerage

Key Responsibilities
Source and engage with licensed real estate agents through online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and follow-ups to introduce our brokerage and its value proposition.
Pre-Qualify and screen potential candidates based on experience, production, and goals.
Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective agents.
Track recruiting activities in our CRM and maintain organized candidate pipelines.
Collaborate with leadership on recruitment strategies and campaigns.
Meet or exceed monthly recruiting and conversion goals.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for a real estate brokerage or related sales organization.
Strong understanding of the U.S. real estate industry and agent business models (e.g., KW, EXP, RE/MAX, Compass).
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Confident phone and video call presence; persuasive and personable.
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Proficiency with SIsu
Stable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
