Position:

Automation Specialist / GoHighLevel & AI Tech Builder

About the Role

We’re building advanced automation systems for multiple brands. Different companies.
You’ll be responsible for connecting all backend tools, automating processes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across our platforms.

We’re not looking for a “task-taker.”
We need a system architect who understands how tools connect, APIs communicate, and automations fire flawlessly.

Core Responsibilities

Automation & Integrations

Set up and maintain GoHighLevel automations, triggers, workflows, and campaigns

Handle A2P/10DLC registration, brand approval, and phone number compliance

Build multi-step workflows in n8n, Zapier, or Make

Connect webhooks and APIs between GoHighLevel, Stripe, Apify, and Google Cloud

Manage Google OAuth setups, credentials, and service accounts

AI & Chatbot Systems

Build and train AI chatbots and voice agents for Instagram, Facebook, and websites

Connect OpenRouter and ChatGPT API models for client automations

Use Apify for web data extraction and scraping automation

Deploy flows using ETA for Developers or similar script-execution tools

Funnels, Payments & CRM

Build and optimize funnels inside GoHighLevel

Wire up Stripe payments, checkout pages, and recurring subscriptions

Connect forms, CRM stages, and follow-up automations

Automate onboarding, invoices, and confirmation emails

Communication & Team Systems

Set up and manage team automations using Slack and Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

Deploy and host projects using Netlify and Namecheap domains

Integrate cross-platform data syncs between all systems

Tools You Must Already Know

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in marketing automation or SaaS integration

Ability to troubleshoot complex automation flows

Understands APIs, triggers, and data paths

Communicates clearly and meets deadlines

Works independently and documents processes (SOPs + Looms)

Pay & Schedule

Project-based or weekly retainer depending on skill and speed

Must be available for EST working hours overlap (at least 3–4 hours/day)

Performance bonuses for fast and clean builds
