JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We’re seeking a calm, process-driven VA to manage client onboarding and support after each sale.
You’ll make sure new clients have everything set up — domains, calendars, emails, automations — and that they feel cared for.
Your Daily Responsibilities
Clone our GoHighLevel snapshot and customize it for new clients.
Complete setup: domains, A2P, phone number, email, calendars.
Send welcome emails and weekly progress updates.
Answer basic support questions via Slack or email.
Track client satisfaction in Google Sheets.


Requirements
Experience with GoHighLevel (or similar CRMs).
Strong written and spoken English.
Attention to detail and consistent follow-up.
Quiet work environment + stable connection.


Bonus Skills
Familiar with Mailgun, Twilio, or DNS setup.
Experience in customer service or technical support.


Test Task (MANDATORY)
Record a 2-minute Loom video walking through how you’d onboard a new client in GoHighLevel (or describe your process if new to GHL).
Show clarity, confidence, and organization.
