2d animator

I’m looking for a 2D animator who can animate at about this level:

But if you are, here’s what I’m looking for. We need someone who can work in this same style. You don’t necessarily need to be great at editing, can find an editor for that part. The focus here is mainly on 2D animation.
I’m looking for someone to work with long term, someone I can really build a channel with and grow together. I’m happy to share profits or pay extra once we start seeing results.
Right now, I don’t have a fixed number of videos per week. The most important thing for now is understanding the style and keeping the quality high.
Our niche will be in the animal space, and the videos will be around 10 minutes long.
It’s important that you have experience with YouTube videos, understand quality, meet deadlines, communicate well, and are comfortable working within my price range.

Around: 100/120 per video, (3,20 per hour) If you can also edit good (like the example video) then we can discuss the price and add more.
