We’re a fast-growing digital agency specializing in META services and customer support, dedicated to helping businesses thrive through reliable service, innovation, and teamwork. We are currently hiring two (2) full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic and supportive team.
Role Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across platforms
- Manage orders, tracking updates, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records and internal sheets
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and goal-driven team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience (chat,
- Ability to handle high message volume with accuracy and professionalism
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with META platforms (preferred but not required)
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Proactive, reliable, and professional work ethic
Training, Growth & Benefits
- 1–2 week initial training (academy) to learn all systems and workflows
- Flexible working hours after the first week (based on performance and schedule preference)
- Starting salary: USD $360/month, with opportunities for raises and promotions after 3 months

To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A reliable laptop or PC
- A strong and stable internet connection
- A high-quality microphone and webcam for meetings
- A secondary phone number for WhatsApp Business
- Experience using Slack (must be responsive within 10–15 minutes to management messages)
Full training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will be provided, along with dedicated guidance from your head manager during onboarding.
