Real Estate Video Editor

We need a Video Editor with real estate home tour experience.
You must know how to color grade S-Log, use cinematic SFX, and create 3D text/animations.
Bonus if you can use AI tools like Topaz Video AI, Higfield, Runway.

Main Tasks
• Edit and color grade S-Log / S-Log3 footage
• Add cinematic SFX and music for emotion and flow
• Create 3D titles/text and motion graphics
• Use AI tools for upscaling, denoise, and enhancement
• Export final videos for YouTube, Instagram, and MLS
• Deliver each project within 24–72 hours (depending on scope)

Requirements
• Portfolio with real estate or cinematic edits
• Strong S-Log color grading (DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro)
• Sound design/SFX skills for cinematic feel
• Motion graphics / 3D text (After Effects, Fusion, etc.)
• Reliable delivery: 24–72 hours per project
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions
• Bonus: Experience with Topaz / Runway / Higfield
