Instagram Engagement VA (Med Spa + Aesthetics Niche) Long Term Role

I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help with Instagram engagement. The focus is on building genuine relationships with:

Med Spas (Priority)
Plastic Surgery Clinics
Weight Loss Centers
Dentists
IV Therapy Clinics

This is NOT sales or cold pitching. It is authentic, human engagement designed to build trust and warm up future relationships.

If you plan to use AI generated responses, spa ---------- ssages, or generic copy paste templates, do NOT apply. It is very easy to detect.

Main Responsibilities

Daily Engagement (Core Role)
Leave 25 thoughtful, personalized comments per day
Send 15 friendly DMs per day (warm, human, no selling)
Like 50 to 60 posts daily across relevant clinic accounts
Track engagement activity in a simple daily spreadsheet

Content Support
Create images using Canva to post (carousels, quotes, ---------- s, reel covers)
Research trends weekly for content inspiration
Help post and engage 15 to 20 minutes per day (replying, commenting, interacting)
Send a weekly summary with insights, top performing hooks, and improvement ideas

Communication and Check Ins
Onboarding Month (Weeks 1 to 4):
• 1 Zoom call per week (20 to 30 minutes) to set expectations, train on tone and quality

After Month 1:
• 1 to 2 Zoom calls per month to stay aligned, improve performance, and avoid drift

Weekly Workflow

MONDAY
• Research 5 trending posts
• Create 1 to 2 Canva posts
• Daily engagement

TUESDAY
• Daily engagement
• Create 1 ---------- and 1 quote post

WEDNESDAY
• Daily engagement
• Add captions and schedule posts

THURSDAY
• Daily engagement
• Turn 1 clip into a reel

FRIDAY
• Daily engagement
• Finalize 1 to 2 posts for next week

SATURDAY
• Daily engagement
• Weekly report and insights

SUNDAY
• Off

You will help with content ideas and Canva visuals such as:

Educational (AI for Aesthetic Clinics)

Quote or Thought Leadership Posts

Short Clips or Reels

Requirements

Excellent written English (must sound natural, human, and authentic)
Experience with Instagram engagement (comments and DMs)
Basic Canva skills (simple but clean designs)
Comfortable with Zoom calls for check ins
Reliable internet connection
Strictly no AI generated messages, no spam, no copy paste engagement
Must be detail oriented and able to adjust tone for different clinic pages

Workload and Pay

5 days per week
2.5 hours per day
Pay: 4.50 to 5.50 USD per hour (depending on experience)
Long term position if performance is strong
