Looking for a creative and reliable VA to upload my short form videos (already edited) to TikTok and Instagram.

1. Upload & Scheduling
* Post 2–3 videos per day per platform
* Use proper aspect ratios, titles, and hashtags
* Follow set posting times (e.g., 8-10AM and 8-11PM UAE time)

2. Captions & Sound Optimization
* Match trending sounds and music to each video’s message
* Balance voice/music volume professionally
* Use trending CapCut or TikTok edits when possible
*
3. Hashtag & Trend Research
* Maintain and update a niche-specific hashtag list (#AIrevolution, #futuretech, #humansvsAI, etc.)
* Track which hashtags and trends perform best
*
4. Engagement Growth
* Like/comment on 20–30 videos daily within our niche
* Reply to DMs and comments in brand tone
* Help build early community ---------- ntum organically

5. Hook & Caption Performance Tracking
* Analyze which first 3 seconds (hooks) perform best
* Identify recurring patterns in captions or visuals that boost retention
*
6. Competitor & Trend Notes
* Observe top-performing videos in our niche
* Take short notes on why they worked (sound, hook, caption style)
*
7. A/B Testing
* Occasionally test two versions of a video (different caption or sound) to see which performs better
*
8. Weekly Report & Feedback
* Update a shared Google Sheet
* Send a short Loom or written summary of what’s working, what’s not, and ideas for improvement

Must be comfortable getting on a zoo ---------- eting 1-2 times a month to discuss progress and new ideas.

* Proven experience managing TikTok or Instagram Reels (bonus: tech, AI, or “future” themes)
* Understands English captions, tone, and storytelling flow
* Familiar with tools like CapCut, Canva, Metricool, Later, or Buffer
* Analytical mindset not just posting, but testing and improving
* Consistent, detail oriented, and passionate about social media growth
