???? Job Role
As an Appointment Setter, your job is to:
Call homeowners using our CRM and lead lists (we provide everything).
Introduce our solar savings program in a friendly, professional tone.
Ask simple qualifying questions (we train you).
Schedule appointments for our U.S. Solar Specialists.
Update leads and call outcomes in the CRM.
???? Requirements
Clear spoken English and confident communication skills.
Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing is a plus.
Reliable internet connection, noise-free workspace, and a headset.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and consistent attendance.
Willing to learn our script and solar process quickly.

Base Pay: $300/month (paid biweekly or monthly)
Bonuses:
Each qualified appointment = $5–$10
Each closed sale from your appointments = $25–$100+
Top performers can earn $500–$700/month total
