Looking for a real estate experienced skip tracer, must have access to TruePeopleSearch and knowledgeable using PropStream (I will provide the account), and calculating offers. I will provide the list in Propstream to skip trace and instructions, and tutorial video.

You will be given a list in Propstream, you will skip trace by pulling only the phone numbers from TruePeopleSearch and place them on a wordpad list.
