Appointment Setter/Remote Cold Caller – Real Estate & Unclaimed Property Sales

Willing to PAY MORE for someone with an EXCEPTIONAL English accent and phone skills.

| $4.00/hr + Performance Bonuses | Full-Time | Bi-Weekly Pay
We’re hiring ONE talented , experienced, and fluent English speakers with little to no accents to join our growing sales team! We specialize in distressed real estate, unclaimed property and new build opportunities. We are searching for a rockstar with A+ ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS.

We have been in business for over 4 years, and are only looking for long term relationships, providing a solid and stable position.

Shift Details
• Monday–Friday - Saturdays available to pick up extra hours and opportunities but not required.
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, some flexibility on this, as we work Pacific Time zone leads as well.
• Pay: $4.00 USD/hour + performance-based incentives.
• Bi-Weekly payments
Compensation Includes
• Base hourly pay ($4.00 USD/hr)
• Bonus incentives for qualified appointments that turn into closed deals
• Plenty of room for growth and increased earnings with consistent performance
You MUST Have
• Excellent spoken English – Near-native or neutral accent
• 1+ years of outbound real estate, unclaimed funds, solar cold calling experience or similar industry
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet, professional work environment
• Quality headset
Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to cold leads
• Qualify motivated sellers/prospects
• Transfer live clients to closers
• Set appointments for closers
• Follow up with prospects using CRM
• Use scripts and handle objections
• Collaboration with other tea ---------- mbers
