Antidote is a boutique growth consultancy working with high-performing DTC and CPG brands. We’re looking for a full-time Paid Media Manager — a dedicated, data-driven media buyer and growth hacker who can manage paid media across all clients and platforms. You’ll own day-to-day campaign execution, optimizations, creative iteration, and performance reporting to help us drive consistent sales growth and achieve target ROAS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all paid media channels: Meta Ads, Google/YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads & TikTok Shop GMV Max, Bing, Amazon Ads, display, and programmatic.
- Monitor campaigns daily and optimize bids, audiences, and budgets to hit ROAS, CAC, and sales targets.
- Analyze campaign data to identify insights, trends, and creative opportunities.
- Work closely with the Founder and Account Manager to align strategy, reporting, and client communication.
- Lead media-related testing and growth hacking initiatives — including AI-driven optimization and creative iteration.
- Manage weekly reports and dashboards to track performance and goals.
- Serve as the source of truth for all things media — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across deliverables.
- Follow internal systems and workflows in Asana, Slack, and other project management tools.
- Collaborate during PST business hours.
Expected Outcomes:
- Maintain constant pulse on campaigns, adjusting live to improve performance.
- Deliver consistent, measurable growth across client accounts ($30K–$50K+/month in managed media).
- Free up Founder’s time to focus on higher-level strategy and business development.
- Identify and solve performance challenges quickly with smart, data-backed solutions.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience managing $30K–$50K+/month in paid media spend with strong results.
- Expertise in Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon Ads (experience with GMV Max, display, and programmatic is a plus).
- Analytical and creative mindset — comfortable reading performance data and translating insights into action.
- Strong grasp of growth hacking principles and AI-based media optimization tools.
- Excellent communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Experience reporting on KPIs: ROAS, CAC, LTV, and sales growth.
- Ability to work full-time and collaborate daily with a small, fast-paced team.
