Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor compliance and quality control policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
Review client care documentation to verify accuracy and compliance.
Provide training and guidance to staff regarding compliance and quality expectations.
Investigate and resolve any compliance or quality-related concerns.
Stay updated with state and federal home care regulations and ensure company practices remain aligned.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in Compliance, Quality Control, or Home Care Administration required.
Strong knowledge of home care regulations and quality assurance processes.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Compensation & Schedule:
Starting pay: $125 per week (with potential increase based on performance)
