We run Living in Idaho, a YouTube channel that helps people relocate to Idaho through educational and lifestyle videos. The channel generates consistent inbound real estate leads managed inside GoHighLevel (GHL).
We’re building a scalable CRM system to automate agent and lead management — eliminating manual steps. This project starts with one sub-account and will expand across multiple agents and locations.
? Responsibilities
Audit and rebuild the current GoHighLevel sub-account for scalability
Create automations that trigger when new agents or leads are added
Set up clean pipelines and workflows for lead tracking
Integrate lead forms, calendars, and automated follow-up sequences

Proven experience working with GoHighLevel
Understanding of workflows, triggers, and pipelines
Ability to design scalable, well-documented systems
Clear communication and attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and timely response to feedback
