Virtual Call Center CSR

The Virtual Call Center CSR (Customer Service Representative) will support Storsafe Self Storage call center operations. They will answer phone calls, emails, and chat. Responsibilities include assisting with customer issues, sales / rentals of storage units, and follow up on customer emails.

Strong service, Sales experience, communication, and de-escalation skills are a must.
