GoHighLevel CRM Expert

We need a GohighLevel expert to help build out an omni-channel Voice/text AI agent and CRM to perform automated outreach to a database a leads, and engage them and book meetings into a calendar.

About the project:

- Leads need to be pulled from Pipedrive (current CRM) using some automation (make/zapier) and imported into GHL
- An outbound AI cold caller needs to reach out to the leads and try to book meetings into the sales reps google calendars
- There are 2 main sales reps, and the AI agent needs to be able to book on each of their google calendars
- The agent needs to perform automated follow ups and lead nurturing cycles via voice, whatsapp messages and emails
- It needs to be able to communicate via whatsapp and have context memory across all channels (Phone, whatsapp, email)
- It needs to have multi language support, with main language being Portuguese (Brazil)
- Voice needs to be crisp and clear and sound human like. May be required to build the voice agent on external platform and connect it to GHL.
- Centralized custom dashboard with call analytics, KPI's etc
