???? Responsibilities

• Manage and update Shopify product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Handle order fulfillment and tracking
• Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers
• Assist with promotional campaigns, discount codes, and upsells
• Generate basic reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior
• Perform competitor research and suggest improvements
• Troubleshoot minor store issues and liaise with developers when needed


? Requirements

• Proven experience with Shopify backend
• Familiarity with eCommerce operations and tools (e.g., Oberlo, Dropified, Klaviyo, Canva)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bonus: Experience with graphic design, SEO, or social media management
