Meta Ads + CRM + Video Editing

We are a professional Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) business based in Washington State, USA. Our goal is to help men and women regain their confidence through natural and precise SMP results. We’re growing quickly and need a motivated, organized, and creative Virtual Marketing Assistant to help us generate consistent, high-quality SMP leads through Meta ads, CRM management, and simple video editing.

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) Ads to generate leads.
• Manage and update CRM systems (Google Sheets, GoHighLevel, or similar) for tracking and follow-ups.
• Set up automations, reminders, and tagging systems for lead management.
• Edit short-form videos and ad creatives using the media content provided by the owner (Reels, Stories, Testimonials, etc.).
• Create simple ad graphics or captions using Canva or similar tools.
• Track weekly ad performance and recommend improvements.
• Stay organized and communicate daily progress and updates.


Qualifications
• Proven experience running Meta Ads for lead generation.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite and ad performance metrics.
• Experience with CRM systems and automation tools.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable communication.
