Growth & Sales Virtual Assistant (Base + Commission)

Outworks VA is a U.S.-based company that connects high-performing Filipino Virtual Assistants with U.S. entrepreneurs and creative professionals.

We’re looking for a driven, sales-minded Growth VA to help us grow our client base.
Your goal is simple — help us bring in new clients through smart research, personalized outreach, and consistent follow-up.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential U.S. clients (via LinkedIn, Google, and online directories)
Create and send personalized outreach messages
Follow up with interested leads and schedule intro calls
Track leads, activity, and results using Airtable or CRM software
Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams
Suggest and test new strategies for improving outreach and conversions


Qualifications:
Experience in lead generation, client outreach, or sales
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive, confident, and comfortable working independently
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
Experience working in a VA agency or staffing company is a plus

Work Hours:
Flexible hours (must be able to overlap at least 3 hours with U.S. Central Time)

Salary & Benefits:
Base Pay: ?25,000 – ?45,000 / month (depending on experience)
