GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Specialist (Real Estate + Athlete Platform)

We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert to set up a custom CRM system for our dual business:

A real estate company serving buyers, sellers, and investors

An athlete education & empowerment platform helping athletes build wealth through real estate

You’ll be responsible for building:

Two separate pipelines within one GHL system

Personalized and automated email/text follow-ups

A smooth onboarding sequence for new athlete clients

Clear reporting dashboards

Systems that are efficient, easy to manage, and feel genuine/personal to our brand

Our Ideal Candidate:

Has built GoHighLevel systems for service-based businesses

Understands lead nurturing and client segmentation

Knows how to make automations feel human and personalized

Communicates well and delivers on time

Can take our vision and execute it clearly with minimal handholding

Bonus if you have experience with:

Real estate pipelines (buyers/sellers/investors)

Client onboarding journeys

Tag-based automations

Creating SOPs for what you’ve built so we can use it long-term
